Why I Started FameGame
In 2019, I began my journey as a freelance data scientist, working closely with mobile game studios of all sizes. I was deep into dashboards, funnels, and KPIs — but the real eye-opener came from the conversations I had with game teams.
Time and time again, I saw talented developers launch incredible games… only to watch them struggle after the first wave of downloads.
Players dropped off. Monetization underperformed. Teams were left guessing what to fix — or worse, blindly copying what worked for larger studios with more resources.
The problem wasn’t the games.
It was the lack of systems behind the games.
That’s when I realized something was missing in the market:
A partner focused not on downloads, but on what happens after the install — where retention, revenue, and long-term success are decided.
So in 2023, I founded FameGame — to bring LiveOps, monetization design, and data-driven strategy to the studios that need it most.
